What Season Are You In?

Craig Groeschel recently posed the question “What season are you in?”. Here is what he has to say:

To be truly successful in ministry, it is important to respect and respond to God’s ministry seasons. In ministry, there are many seasons. A short list could include:

  • A time to plant.
  • A time to harvest.
  • A time to grieve.
  • A time to heal.
  • A time to run.
  • A time to rest.
  • A time to receive.
  • A time to give.
  • A time to be born.
  • A time to die.

For me, I just wrapped up a time of rest and now I’m in a planting season. I’m starting to fire up another class on leader discipleship, so I’m currently praying through a list of suggestions from the staff of my local church. I’m also looking at investing in a few other options for helping to grow leaders outside of the Austin, TX area.
