Church staff need to know where your team is going – engage them

Submitted by James Higginbotham on May 27, 2008 – 6:58 amNo Comment

Does your church staff know and understand your team vision? Does it line up with the church vision and where the staff are trying to take the church?

If they don’t know or understand your vision, it will be much harder for you to get the support you need from them, the help your team will need to accomplish your goals, and any resources you may need to get there.

Spend a little time engaging your church staff with your team’s vision. Let them know what you and your team are passionate about. Help them to understand why your team does what it does each and every week.

Share your passion with your staff and remind them of it often.

This is part six of a seven part series called “7 Things Your Church Staff Wish You Knew”.
