Church staff don’t know everything about running a church – help them

Submitted by James Higginbotham on May 19, 2008 – 6:48 amNo Comment

Contrary to popular belief, church staff don’t know everything about running a church. Unless you have been involved with a church plant from the beginning, you may not know what goes into running a church on a weekly basis. From church budgets and accounting to pastoral care and building issues, there is a lot to handle on a daily basis. Running a church is just as complicated as running a business, possibly even more so.

This means that if you are great with PCs, servers, networking, sound, lights, building maintenance, or teaching children, then help them! They really need your skills, talent, and leadership to take some of the burden from their busy schedules and further church growth.

How are you and your team going to help your church staff today?

This is part one of a seven part series called “7 Things Your Church Staff Wish You Knew”.
