Recruiting Volunteers Requires Earnest Prayer

Jesus taught us the single most step in recruiting volunteers to minister to those in need:
“…pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest.” –
I can’t think of anything else to say. I think He pretty much covered it. Get praying in earnest!
