The Burnout-Driven Church

The “B word” used to be something people didn’t talk about. That word that meant you aren’t “Christian enough.” The word that tells everyone that you don’t love God enough. The word is burnout.

Thankfully, we have authors such as Tim Stevens, Anne Jackson, Kem Meyer, and others that are telling us that we don’t have to live with burnout. We don’t have to do church the same as we have before. We can strive to be effective and prevent burnout in our church.
