Start Where You Are: Your Vision

Submitted by James Higginbotham on June 16, 2009 – 5:21 amNo Comment

Do you have a vision for your team? Is it a big vision?

Great leaders build a big vision. A vision so big that you’ll never get it done yourself. A vision so big that only God can make it happen.

Feeling overwhelmed yet? Good! That is where God wants you. He has placed a purpose and passion in your heart. That purpose and passion will eventually become a big vision that only He can deliver, if you are willing.

Big visions demand big sacrifice. They demand big help. They demand big prayers. Until you are ready to start with a vision this big, you aren’t ready to lead.

Do you have a big vision? If not, you aren’t dreaming big enough.
