I hear from many leaders that are frustrated. Frustrated that they aren’t doing what the bigger churches are doing. Frustrated that their team isn’t working together as well as other teams they’ve seen. Frustrated that they aren’t the quality leader that other leaders they’ve witnessed.

The result of this frustration: frustrated followers.
