Vision-Focused vs. God-Focused Leadership

Submitted by James Higginbotham on April 15, 2009 – 5:04 amNo Comment

I think vision is great. God can give us a vision that is simply amazing. He can guide us to something we never would have imagined possible through a personal vision. How you handle the vision God has given is something else entirely.

If you are vision-focused, you tell God that you are in control.

If you are vision-focused, you miss the blessings along the way.

If you are vision-focused, the vision becomes your god.

Staying God-focused requires patience, endurance, and a willingness to let God change you before you change the world.
