What are your ministry keywords?

Submitted by James Higginbotham on August 4, 2008 – 5:00 amNo Comment

What are your ministry keywords – the words that describe your ministry? These are the words that come to your mind when you think about your volunteer team and what they do.

I was looking at my bookshelf and started seeing the titles as keywords rather than complete titles. Here are some examples:

  • Simple
  • Organic
  • Revolution
  • Great
  • Leadership
  • Likeability
  • Dilemma
  • Success
  • Beautiful
  • Looking Good

Make a list of what words describe your team. Now, ask your team to make their own list and compare it to your list. Do they match in some way, or are you way off? Are they different in a good way or bad?
