		<description>I really like the premise of your blog.  I write some in the agile software development space, specifically around project managment.  I believe that many of the same principles apply in all kinds of organizations.  I draw alot of my ideas from my church, a small school I run, Boy Scouts of America, etc.  

I wrote a post called Leading Volunteers a few months back that has turned into a workshop at the Agile2008 conference.
