I heard Eddie Gibbs, author or Emerging Churches, speak once and he was talking about the pendulum swing from work to rest and back &amp; forth.  He said, &quot;We don&#039;t rest from our work, we work from our rest.&quot;  It&#039;s in Christ we receive all we need to lead.  I thought that was profound and it&#039;s changed by rest routines.</description>
