It is a collection of things I have read and experienced from John Eldredge, Richard Foster, Conversations with Grant English, Jason Vargas, and a bunch of other guys. Basically it is a ten week boot camp on how to disciple. I'll post it on my blog soon if you are interested. I am currently writing the training manual I will use for my youth ministry. I'm referring to the life balance and self care a leader invests in to maintain integrity and character. Without an intentional lifestyle approach to balance and care, a leader can fall victim to failure, moral or otherwise. Don’t neglect the inside of the leader.
