I’m Back

Submitted by James Higginbotham on July 17, 2006 – 7:27 pmNo Comment

Sorry for the long pause in posts – I’ve been really busy with work, church, and other duties. On the church front, I’ve been asked to help lead an effort at church to support the volunteer lifecycle. This will involve teaching ministry leaders how to best grow their ministry and manage their volunteer workloads. In addition, we will be implementing some new processes for guiding new volunteers into service and following-up with them in the future. Finally, I’m helping to roll out a tool that I’ve built to assist with weekly management of volunteers. All-in-all, some great stuff but it has been keeping me busier than normal. Expect some fresh posts on ministry project management as well as other topics within the next few days.
