Be Your Own Customer

I’ve been noticing recently that many folks don’t monitor or manage their own RSS feeds, and don’t know when they are broken or don’t appear correctly. What that means is that they are not seeing what the user sees, and in doing so they are becoming blind to what their end users really experience. Whether this is with your product, your service, your blog, your church ministry, or your home, you should be taking the time to look at what other people are seeing. Sometimes it can be beneficial to your target audience for you, now and then, to be an audience member yourself.
